Wolds Ceramics

These are organic slumped forms that echo the water-sculpted shapes of the chalk wolds of East Yorkshire. They are textured using natural materials gathered on walks and then impressed into the clay. They are coloured with oxide glazes to produce natural earth colours that reflect the field patterns through the seasons.
